You're refunded in full, commission included. This is the most common case during rainy season.
We refund 40% of the amount paid, whatever the cancellation date. OceanJet keeps 40% of the fare on any returned ticket. If you simply want to move your date, write to us instead: rescheduling costs almost nothing and we do it free of charge whenever the operator allows it.
No refund. Check-in closes 30 minutes before departure and the seat is lost after that.
Arrive one hour ahead. Passport required, matching the exact name on the ticket. The ticket can't be changed or transferred to another person.
